STEPS TO RECEIVING YOUR CUSTOM MALA EXPLAINED

PLEASE email DestinationOM A LIST AS FOLLOWS:

1. MALA BEAD: (choose which main mala bead you wish to use for your mala. You can always reference a specific mala # as a design you like)

2. MARKER BEADS: If you don't see the preferred marker bead on the website simply request and we will tell you if we have that bead specifically or something of comparison.

At which point do you want marker beads (if any)?

Example: "I would like pearls at all 27s." Hence you would have a mala with beads at the first 27s and 54s (to be counted).    

We generally make malas in a few different configurations: every 18, every 27, two at 54s, something DIVIDING the 54s, and no markers. If you DON'T want to count the markers PLEASE tell us otherwise we will make the mala so that EVERY BEAD is counted whether they are a different bead or not.

3. GURU BEAD: choose a type of bead for the centre bead of the mala.

4. PENDANT OR TASSEL?

PENDANTS are always varying in stock and some are so rare that we will only ever have one!

TASSELS are made of three different matierals which are SILK, COTTON, and WOOL. There are simply TOO MANY colours to list so please email us with your wishes and we will match the colour as best we can.

5. CORD COLOUR:

To make ordering your custom mala as clear as possible you can follow these preliminary steps and then we can communicate back and forth until we agree on a design.

We make the mala (NO DEPOSIT NECESSARY) and then photos will be taken of the finish product and emailed to you for your confirmation. Only AFTER your confirmation does Destination OM require funds; once the funds arrive your mala is shipped the same day; latest the next shipping day.

If you find a mala you would like throughout the site you can purchase it directly by emailing DestinationOM with the MALA # otherwise you will want to use this form to design your own custom mala.
