I just received my 3rd Mala from Brian and his wonderful team here at Destination Om. Once again the care and craftsmanship has far exceeded any expectations I had. They're not just wonderful, well made items here, but built with care, and extensive spiritual understanding. Brian has become my "portal" to the east. I contact him with ideas, not fully sure of what to make my Mala out of, or what items I need to order next to further my practice. After a brief explanation of where I'm at with my meditation practice, and current contemplations he's always been able to offer very kind, and profoundly insightful suggestions. Different from most other business's I encounter he usually encourages simplicity and lessens my order, rather than increasing it.
I myself have great dreams of going to India/Tibet one day very soon. Though I have not yet been, the people I've met who are from those places are continually impressed by the quality, and authenticity of the Malas I've purchased from Brian. This to me says a great deal.
Whether it's a Mala, a Meditation Cushion, or any other item carried by Brian, I always feel safe asking his advice, and confident in the wisdom he shares.
