I've now ordered two wrist malas from DestinationOM and just wanted to comment on the experience. Right from the start Brian has been really understanding about my many questions. Throughout the process it was clear he wanted me to be happy with what was made by responding quickly with information and pictures of different options. After receiving the first mala I found it to be even nicer than the pictures. You can tell that Brian really wants his customers to be happy and get good use out of what he crafts.
